We are distributors for Suhner abrasives, Electrical/Pneumatic power tools and single and three phase flexible shaft machines with manual and digitally controlled speeds. We provide solutions to achieve desired surface finish with Suhner tools, accessories and abrasive products in pharma, bio-medical, furniture industry.

Cut-off Discs :

Discs with a high cutting performance. Developed for professional and precise cutting work. Primarily designed for stainless steel, construction and tool steel. Available in 1.2 mm or 2.0 mm thickness.

Flap brush BSK :

Flap brush BSK is used for finishing work on stainless steel, Aluminium etc…to achieve brushed or grained surface effects with silicon carbide resin bonded abrasive strips and bristle brushes with a maximum speed of 2800 rpm.

Grinding Discs :

Broad range for all professional requirements of metal work. From cotton reinforced grinding discs, for an optimal treatment of aluminium, to universally applicable high-performance grinding discs for stainless steel and high carbon steels.

Flap Discs :

Suitable for weld seam preparation, deburring or surface sanding. For low vibration works with a high durability. Available in zirconia and ceramic quality, as well as non-woven and even felt for polishing work.

Fibre Discs :

For rough and fine grinding of even and concaved surfaces, as well as for bevelling and deburring of edges. All our fibre discs contain an active abrasive surface coating, which reduces the grinding temperature on the working piece and increases the performance and life of the disc.

SUN-Fix System :

Attachment system for a tool-less and safe exchange of the abrasive. In diameters 50 and 75 mm we are offer the most suitable abrasive for each working step - from material removal right up to the finishing process.

SUN-Press :

Pressed non-woven abrasives for the highest finishing standards. Only one working step from removing the weld seam until a smooth, shining surface. Efficient and long-life performance on all materials.

Abrasive Belts :

Full range, harmonised with our belt grinders. From rough handling to polishing works-our abrasive belts cover all applications for metal work and finishing.

Flap Wheels :

For fine grinding radii, removing significant undulations and achieving fine surfaces in containers, kitchen and other metal products. High Flexibility with good performance and durability. Wide range of dimensions and grit sizes available.

Non-Woven Fibre Brushes :

For a soft finishing with a fine, high-quality surface. Perfect for working on stainless steel.Ideal for producing matt surfaces, depending on grain: line finishing, silk finishing and satin finishing.

Tungsten Carbide Burrs :

The Suhner tungsten carbide burr programme can cover nearly every requirement with approx. 200 shapes/cutting combinations. 7 precision ground cuts guarantee a real application solution-for every raw material.
